Everything was very good, EXCELLENT location short walk to the shopping district of Rome as well as the main attractions, great experience. What an affable and nice staff, they gave us an air-conditioned room with A/C and a refrigerator plus a safe box.

Excellent location. Cleanliness and decor of room. Modern clean shower room. Substantial breakfast with excellent coffee.
Non-english speaking staff although advertised as having. No window in room. Difficulty in unlocking street door - especially late at night, I found it impossible until another resident came along and after a long struggle managed to unlock it. No soundproofing from apartment above. Kept awake until the early hours.

Well, it said free internet. but I needed to ask for internet code tickets. They were free but they gave spare tickets every time

The breakfast table was a delightful place to enjoy a sweet Italian breakfast, plus the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The personalized service at Rhona's Rooms was exceptional.
Who needs reception staff or porters when you can call a number to get in the building and have limited staff availability? So convenient!
